Barbara Whittaker from Ooltewah is the Winner of Tennessee Treasures - a Sylvia White piece of pottery given away at the Festival. Sylvia's work includes more Tennessee Treasures and is available at the Museum Center at Five Points and the Creative Arts Guild, both in historic Cleveland at Five Points.
