Emphasizing interpersonal connections and commitment to service, this talk will focus on the value of face-to-face communication, personal investment in customer service and the positive results of acting out—not merely talking about—your organization’s mission.

Online: Using Social Media to Communicate With Your Publics

Professor Kevin Trowbridge will give participants an overview of emerging tools, trends and issues in social media, including blogs, feeds, wikis, podcasts, viral videos and more.
